"From HR Expertise to a Real SaaS Product"

What do you like best about Lovable?

What I like most about Lovable is how quickly it lets me turn complex product ideas into working software without losing the ability to think seriously about architecture. I’m building BestEX, an employee experience platform that combines anonymous surveys, statistical analysis, interactive reporting and AI-powered interpretation. What started as a product concept has evolved into a real, sophisticated application much faster than I thought possible. The biggest advantage for me is the iteration speed. I can describe a business requirement in detail, test the implementation, refine it, and keep moving without a traditional development cycle slowing everything down. What do you dislike about Lovable?

The biggest challenge is that Lovable can sometimes be too eager to change things that are already working. When working on a complex product, a seemingly small request can occasionally introduce regressions in unrelated areas, so I’ve learned to define scope very explicitly and ask for regression checks. Credit consumption can also become difficult to predict during longer development cycles, especially when debugging or iterating on complex features. Better visibility into what is consuming credits and stronger safeguards against unnecessary rework would make planning much easier. That said, these are mostly growing pains of using AI to build increasingly sophisticated software. The speed and capability I get in return still outweigh the frustrations by a considerable margin. What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lovable is helping me solve one of the biggest challenges for a non-technical founder: turning deep domain expertise into a real software product without having to build and manage a full development team. I have more than 20 years of experience in HR and employee experience, and I knew exactly what I wanted BestEX to do. The bottleneck was translating that knowledge into a scalable digital product. With Lovable, I’ve been able to build anonymous survey operations, a statistical analysis engine, interactive management reporting, privacy controls and AI-powered interpretation into one integrated platform. From a business perspective, this dramatically reduces the time, cost and dependency traditionally involved in developing a SaaS product. More importantly, it allows me to spend more of my time on methodology, customer needs and product decisions rather than coordinating a large technical development process.
