Loop makes returns so easy and seamless that it is no issue at all to start a return/exchange on the customer's end and super easy to manage returns and exchanges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do wish they would allow you to edit the return, but they are releasing this feature within the next couple of weeks so it should be fixed soon. Besides that, I really have no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
