The library is also super user-friendly. I love the ability to narrow down the search by not only our products but also by categories and subcategories. This really helps to make sure that I am pulling the right info in to the RFP. **What do you dislike about Loopio?** No matter how much we try to use it, Magic just doesn't perform the way we'd like. It tends to not pull the most relevant or accurate data. The AI features within the tool are also pretty lacking. While the new AI tool within projects is useful, I wish there were more use cases for it within the library to search or to tailor the responses for one-off questions that are not being done in the tool. **What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Loopio has made it much easier to collaborate across our business units. Like every proposal team, we really struggle getting SME input in projects. Doing RFPs in Loopio really helps us collaborate more closely with our SMEs and sales reps when doing both library reviews and project reviews. As with any tool of this nature, it's entirely reliant on decent content being in the library, but if that's the case, it can significantly increase the speed of responses, especially for static/boiler plate type content such as Information Security questionnaires and Company Information documents. **What do you dislike about Loopio?** The document intake feels a bit clunky. Some of the competitors seem a bit more friendly to use and flexible in the type and formatting of documentation that can be loaded in. The collaboration tools feel very locked into stages, rather than allowing a more conversational type dialogue to take place around a question. If I have 10 different clients asking me the same thing about a feature or policy, with Loopio I'm confident that they're all getting the most accurate and high quality information, and if I notice that I need to update it, it's easy to do so and correct it. **What do you dislike about Loopio?** The key is the search engine, it's good but not great. It needs to be updated with real contextual search and AI understanding and suggestions. For example, if I'm looking for SLA and my content doesn't have the word SLA specifically in it, I'm not going to get that as a result, even though my content describes my SLAs.
