Clean and simple navigation, powerful tools, and it's easy to train people. Their new features around AI have reduced the time to our first draft by about 70-80% and most of the answers are solid. The new Proposal Summary feature makes tracking deliverables more streamlined and user friendly. Their "Project Import" tool is the best on the market, helping proposal managers get their projects in front of their teams both accurate and very fast. All around, Loopio takes the pain out of responding to Tenders, RFPs, Security Questionnaires, and puts proposal managers in the driver seat better than anything else on the market. **What do you dislike about Loopio?** Having attended a recent roadmap webinar, the only thing that they can improve they're already working on: Agentic AI that can be trained to help craft responses. The tool continues to remain fantastic, keeping focus on core functionality while expanding workflow functionality. **What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps our large team manage and respond to RFPs, Tenders, and Security Questionnaires both in the US and around the world. ### 2. Our library is in the final stages of being built out, and categories and tags have already saved us a significant amount of time, allowing us to find content without having to dig through completed RFP files. I’ll also say their customer support has been stellar. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance with adding an export template, the response has been quick and clear. **What do you dislike about Loopio?** The GenAI feature is useful for quick, one-off questions or when I need a fast starting point, but it’s less helpful when I want to further refine the language it suggests without needing to start the prompt from scratch. **What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We recently set up the Salesforce and Slack integrations and are looking forward to taking full advantage of them. Even early on, we know they will streamline our process by tying RFP projects more closely to opportunities and pushing notifications into the channels where our team already works. ### 3. The Library is really the MVP of Loopio. Once you get it built out, pulling in solid, pre-approved answers is almost effortless. Instead of following up with several SMEs for the same or even similar responses every time, I can usually find what I need in just a couple of clicks. Even though I try to keep a repository of my own- Loopio makes it easier for me. One of the best feature is Loopio Magic, where it understands the context to find the answers you are looking for- especially in areas were you can use similar answers to find answers close to it. It feels less like I’m copying and pasting and more like the tool is helping me piece things together. And the collaboration side is great too. Loopio makes it easy to loop in teammates, SMEs, assign questions, and see where everyone is at without drowning in email chains. **What do you dislike about Loopio?** Main issue will be the initial few weeks or months when you're building the library- the time Loopio needs to learn and understand about type of products and queries thrown at it. I’ve also found that the search functionality can sometimes return too many loosely related answers, which means I still spend time verifying and cleaning up content. If you're too specific you might not find the answer and if you're too vague answer might be of different product/service **What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps saves immense amount of time on a day to day basis. going through 100s of documents trying to find that one answer, or even though i tried saving all the questions in an excel sheet, it was very difficult or next to impossible for me to search a question based on context- eg, if i want to find something on physical risk/security and there are lots of answers on how safety is ensured, excel won't understand context and will only search for exact keywords. Loopio can understand context- very strict or very vague(using magic feature). As an RFP manager, time is of essence to me and i need to be sure it saves my time as it gives me time to concentrate on other projects as well. More tools like loopio that helps me save my time, more efficient i can work ### 4. The content search and insert flow is really smooth, so I can find a solid past answer in seconds instead of digging through old files. I also like the collaboration side, assigning questions to SMEs and seeing their updates in one place cuts down on email ping-pong. And the content stays consistent across bids, which makes reviews easier and reduces last-minute rework. **What do you dislike about Loopio?** Adding of questions take a lot of time, as the UX is very slow when we selecting the questions from PDF. **What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Loopio solves the annoying “where did we answer this before?” problem. Earlier, I’d waste a bunch of time digging through old proposals, SharePoint folders, random Word docs… and half the time I’d still end up rewriting something from scratch. With Loopio, I can just search, grab a solid answer, tweak it, and move on. It also makes it way easier to work with SMEs. Instead of chasing people on email or Teams, I assign a question, they drop their input there, and I can see it right away. Less follow-up, less chaos. ### 5. Some of my favourite features of Loopio include the Ai responses and how easy the system is to use, for all user types. Improvements to Looopio's AI has been fantastic as well, really pushing us forward in terms of quality and allowing us to be more efficient with our time. **What do you dislike about Loopio?** Some issues I have with Loopio surround the visibility of source documents and being able to make notes on sections of documents that arent questions. **What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Loopio has allowed us to respond to RFPs et much quicker, allowing us to focus more time elsewhere. When I joined the Pre-sales team at my company, a colleague was supposed to explain how it works, but I had already figured out the functionalities on my own before that happened. I also appreciate that you can organize the questions into categories and subcategories. I use it every time when we have an RFI or an RFP. **What do you dislike about Loopio?** The main issue I’ve come across is that after I submit and complete a question, I’m unable to access it again on my own. If I need to review it later, I have to reach out to a colleague from our presales team who serves as the Loopio administrator to have it reopened for me.
