What do you like best about Loopio?

Since using Loopio more extensively, I've found the collaboration features to be particularly valuable. Assigning sections to subject matter experts, tracking progress, and maintaining a centralized response library make it much easier to manage large RFPs. The outlook and teams' integration also helps connect opportunities with proposal work, reducing context switching. What do you dislike about Loopio?

The AI capabilities have improved but still require significant review before responses are client-ready, especially for technical or highly customized questions. Library management continues to be a challenge because outdated and duplicate content accumulates over time, making answer selection less reliable. Search relevance could also be improved so the best responses surface more consistently. Better automation for content governance and library cleanup would make the platform even more effective. What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Loopio helps us manage end-to-end RFP responses without chaos. It centralizes all questions, past answers, and assigned owners so we don’t waste time searching through documents or Slack threads. The organized project view helps us track progress across teams, and the answer library speeds up repetitive sections.
