What do you like best about Loopfour?

I appreciate the flexibility of JustPaid, which allows us to have adjustable billing across different aspects without complicated steps. This streamlined approach significantly simplifies the billing process in our health tech company. Additionally, I love how easy and quick the initial setup was after switching from manual billing and QuickBooks. We just had to upload all the contracts, and it took us less than a few days to onboard. This efficiency lets us focus on other critical business aspects rather than getting bogged down by technical difficulties. The automation of ingesting contracts and sending invoices is remarkable, fitting perfectly within our workflow and supporting our usage-based billing model effectively. What do you dislike about Loopfour?

I think the reports functionality in JustPaid still needs to be customized for our needs. The current reports are not trustworthy, and we require more customization options. Specifically, I would like to see metrics like product-led growth (PLG) and sales-led growth displayed on the user interface, with the ability to differentiate them across multiple entities.
