**What do you like best about Loop Returns?**

What I like best about Loop Returns is how it transforms what is traditionally a friction-heavy moment — a return — into an opportunity to retain the customer and the revenue. The platform makes it easy to guide customers toward exchanges or store credit rather than straight refunds, which directly supports both customer satisfaction and the bottom line. It feels like a tool built with both the customer and the business in mind

**What do you dislike about Loop Returns?**

One area where Loop can fall short is in handling edge cases — situations that fall outside the standard return flow. When a customer has a unique circumstance that doesn't fit neatly into the automated rules, the experience can feel rigid. That puts the burden back on the support team to step in manually, which somewhat undermines the self-serve efficiency the platform is designed to create.

**What problems is Loop Returns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loop solves the trust gap that exists when a customer has a problem with their order. A clunky, slow, or unclear return process damages the brand relationship — sometimes permanently. Loop gives customers a clean, self-serve experience that feels intentional and on-brand, which actually strengthens trust at what would otherwise be a breaking point. The benefit is that a customer who has a smooth return experience is far more likely to come back than one who had to fight for a resolution.

What I like the best when I am using the loop website is how detailed it is and how easy it is to use.

What I dislike when I am using the loop website is none so far.

When I am checking if there's a return processed, I can easily check it. And I can easily resend return labels to customers.

**What do you like best about Loop Returns?**

I love the general functionality and ease of customization. Workflows are by far my favorite and I'm excited to see them further improve this function that allows you to get a bit more granular with products especially if you sell specialty items.

**What do you dislike about Loop Returns?**

I wish there was a more proactive approach to tackling issues or glitches and even more customization options. However, they do seem to be fielding feedback and working to add them.

**What problems is Loop Returns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How to allow customers to easily return items and provide feedback on why they are returning them. This is key to helping us figure out how to better improve customer experience, Products and overall design.

Returns before Loop were difficult because there was too much gray area. Loop allowed us to simplify and streamline the whole team!

Nothing - its a great program and we will continue to use!

It's fixing the issue of too much "gray area" when it comes to customer service and also allows customers to do most returns themselves.

I would love to see additional options regarding carrier integrations for international returns.

I love how much we can do in loop. The program is easy and the new released features continue to keep funds in the business.

**What do you dislike about Loop Returns?**

I would love more data, a breakdown or notice of "hey you suddenly have an increase return rate of this product, color and size" as that is something I am watching.

**What problems is Loop Returns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loop is helping us keep money in-house. Our exchange rate is up and the Return for a refund is down.

**What do you like best about Loop Returns?**

Super easy to use plus it provides easy-to-understand instructions that everyone can follow. Even my kids can easily follow the instructions here in Loop Returns. Plus our company has been using this for 5 years already and we will never use any other platforms except Loop Returns. I also like how it is user friendly and makes our lives much easier. We have checked other platforms, but by far Loop returns stand out from the rest.

**What do you dislike about Loop Returns?**

Too cheap! This kind of app needs to be at least worth more than it currently is. I don't think any other platforms are comparable to loop returns. We'll be sure to use it longer! Personally, I do not dislike anything about loop. It provides excellent service plus an easy platform to use. Our company is using Loop returns since day one and we are very thankful for this wonderful platform that you have made for all e-commerce companies can use.

It solves most of our financial related problems and it benefits us greatly because not only it makes it easier for us, but it also makes it easier for our customers. It also provide easier exchange and return process for our customers. The automated instructions are very easy to comprehend. We get outstanding excellent reviews from our customers for how great and easy the return and exchange process. It will also process the refund for the customer immediately therefore customers are very happy and want to come back and shop again. We'll be sure to recommend Loop Returns to all other friend  that have businesses. Im sure they'll benefit from this!

**What do you like best about Loop Returns?**

When we launched Loop Returns our ticket volume decreased by 80%. We are a small team and managing returns on our own was beginning to get overhwelming. We are so glad to have found Loop.

**What do you dislike about Loop Returns?**

Hopefully in the future, Loop will allow for 1. multiple labels to be created for an order that had more than one shipment 2. ability to purchase expedited shipping during the instant exchange process.

Loop Returns has saved our team so much time by processing returns for us automatically and allow the team to focus on customer care and other important projects.

The return process for our customers is easy -- so they are able to submit returns and exchanges themselves!

**What do you dislike about Loop Returns?**

Would love to be able to select indiviual returns that need to be manually entered on the backend.

**What problems is Loop Returns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love that we are able to have our customers process the R&E themselves then receive a QR code easily.

**What do you like best about Loop Returns?**

I love the automation of the software. Previously, everything we did was done manually, so to have it automated is a big help.

**What do you dislike about Loop Returns?**

I don't love some of the hiccups we've experienced over the two years we've used the product. We've had issues with exchange amounts because we offer products at sitewide discounts and promo-code options. Most recently, there was an issue where Loop was refunding more than what customers paid for products, it may have been solved, but we're not sure, and we don't know why that happened. Sometimes it's challenging to get ahold of our account manager or get problems solved.

Loop saves us time and money with it's automated processes.
