**What do you like best about intheloop.io?**

Simple, effective communication between all of our agents, allowing more accuracy, avoid duplication, time spent searching, researching, and most of all allow us to better care for our clients in real-time.   Customer service and tech support is by far the best we have experienced with any company or product.

**What do you dislike about intheloop.io?**

We have yet to find anything we don't like... ideas, future release suggestions are taken seriously and a couple even implemented within days.  Amazing!

**Recommendations to others considering intheloop.io:**

Be sure to take advantage of the free demonstration and setup.  You will be shocked at all of the capabilities that will save u time and frustration with your current system.

**What problems is intheloop.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shared inbox is absolutely necessary for almost every business.  Ours, it is critical.  Communicating with each other, being able to quickly assist each other with the best search capabilities save us an amazing amount of time, confusion, and duplication of effort allowing our agents to be perceived as professional, caring, and quick to respond.

**What do you like best about intheloop.io?**

i like it because its fair ,  we get a lot of e mails each , and to devide  them amounst  5 where  the e mails  actually go around in order to 5 people is great.   Perfect for us  .

**What do you dislike about intheloop.io?**

works well  , nothing to dislike . Customer support is also perfect .

**What problems is intheloop.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the way the loop works is  good  for us  , we receive  100 +   e mails each a day and the share them out  is great , because before only one person could be forwarded e mails   and that  was to much for  one person to receive  .

**What do you like best about intheloop.io?**

For our small business, we spent days and weeks testing different email apps. Everything from very expensive (ahem, Superhuman) to free (Gmail/Gsuite). Loop differentiated itself right from the beginning with shared inboxes, teams, and the ability to assign emails. I once heard someone say "As the business owner, your inbox is someone else's to-do list." With Loop, it can be. My emails are all assigned to my assistant to review before they ever get to me. They are not forwarded (they stay in my Gsuite account)...they are "Assigned". So my assistant reviews each one and then assigns back to me the important ones. We can also chat about the emails right there on the page. No going back to another app (Slack) to see if we talked about how to respond to an email - it is right there in the app.

The shared inbox feature is great too. We have an email account set up that we want multiple team members to view and Loop allows us to share it with everyone. We've also set up Teams in the app, so different members have different access.

Lastly - the Loop folks are incredibly responsive. You can message them directly in the app and they are always very quick to respond and implement changes!

**What do you dislike about intheloop.io?**

The iOS app does not have actionable notifications. I wish it did so I could assign, archive, or reply to a message right from the notification. That would increase speed and efficiency.

**What problems is intheloop.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

See above - what I like best. We are solving the biggest problem with email - it is a silo. With Loop, we collaborate on emails and tasks and that alone has been a game changer for us.

**What do you like best about intheloop.io?**

Loop Email is an all-in-one tool. It helps us communicate seamlessly with hundreds of customers and potential customers each week, plus it’s a one-stop shop for all of our internal team communication as well. 

We love how simple it is to set up and use, we love the ability to have a “side chat” on any conversation before a reply goes out to a customer, and we love not having to switch between multiple tools and inboxes to get our work done. Loop can cover it all. 

Plus its rules engine is quite powerful and has helped us automate lots of the day-to-day tasks.

**What do you dislike about intheloop.io?**

We’ve been using Loop for over two years now so have experienced the ups and downs of “growing” with a service, but the Loop support team is incredible and they’ve managed to solve everything we’ve thrown at them.

**Recommendations to others considering intheloop.io:**

Just give it a try with your own team. Implementing Loop Email has been one of the most crucial decisions we made two years ago, and we couldn’t go back to the old way of managing emails and team communication.

**What problems is intheloop.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Loop to manage all external and internal communication in our team. By having the entire team on Loop, we can manage multiple inboxes seamlessly, reply with speed and make sure no enquiry ever gets missed or forgotten. We don’t have to wonder who’s dealing with an issue as we can clearly see who’s assigned and who’s interacted on each conversation, plus reporting gives us overall visibility into how the team are doing.

**What do you like best about intheloop.io?**

What I like best about Loop is the ability to take a "shared inbox" fraught with chaos and duplicate efforts and make it something that is not only equally distributed amongst the team but also profoundly organized. The support from "Loop" has been incredible as well.

**What do you dislike about intheloop.io?**

Although there has been some small issues they have always been met with an eagerness to correct from my onboarding specialist.  There has been some emails assigned in a duplicate manner due to overlapping backend rules.  This is something that I think I can correct over time.

**Recommendations to others considering intheloop.io:**

I recommend any company currently using a shared inbox or in need of a help desk to use "Loop" to offer a superior level of customer service to your customers and to foster harmony in the workplace.

**What problems is intheloop.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Internal communication issues have been improved upon, duplicate efforts, miscommunications are happening less often.  The benefits continue to reveal themselves.  I am beginning to make more use of the "canned responses" which is also a great time saver.

**What do you like best about intheloop.io?**

1. Assignment of e-mails from a shared inbox ensures we don't overlook any incoming e-mails that need attention.  
2. The ability to communicate internally about specific e-mails through both the chat functionality and the internal notetaking functionality cut down significantly on e-mail traffic
3. The ability to tag e-mails
4. The snooze functionality helps keep our screen clean so we can focus on specific e-mails/tasks

**What do you dislike about intheloop.io?**

1. It needs additional functionality: Calendar/Appointments
2. We often don't see Chat or e-mail message notifications.  Would love for those notifications to be more audible or show more prominently on the screen.
3. We are unable to see e-mails sent from our shared inboxes under the Sent filter.

**Recommendations to others considering intheloop.io:**

Very much worth a trial if you are experiencing communication and collaboration challenges within your organization around e-mail and customer communications.

**What problems is intheloop.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're solving the problem of poor e-mail collaboration.  By implementing Loop, multiple people can see, discuss and action all incoming e-mails appropriately, resulting in improved customer communication and focus.

Lacks options to customize the view. Would prefer to have the option to have compact view to see more emails on one screen at times.

**Recommendations to others considering intheloop.io:**

Give Loop a try. You can even continue using standard email while migrating to Loop. Loopbot is a great way for each user to get assistance with the platform at their convenience without having to wait for an administrator to assist them. The reporting features will allow you to see who your strongest contributers are to shared boxes and monitor all users across all shared boxes.

**What problems is intheloop.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love the way it allows me to monitor all of the shared inboxes from one platform. The reporting features allow me to monitor each users participation. The canned responses are something that saves so much time. The Loop team has worked with us to meet our particular needs - they customized the reporting features for us and have made other 'tweaks' to the platform that add to the functionality for us. Loop is great - it fits our needs - they work with us for every concern we have taken to them - of all the office tools I use as an adminstrator - Loop is at the top of my list!!

Being able to share the inbox with other team members and being able to communicate internally about messages is helpful and adds to our team productivity.

The search functionality can sometimes miss older messages.

Because of Loop Email, we can communicate with multiple team members, and it has simplified communication by using one primary inbox to handle requests.

Before buying this solution, I have tried it, and it really promises what it says, the support is excellent.

I think it could be a speed loading when using Destop App

If you don't buy this now, you will regret it later. For this kind of software you can’t get a deal anywhere else that’s why I recommend this software!

Loop has been great for our team. It brings all our email and communication all in one place. It is easy to work with and the support is amazing.

Nothing, it is a great piece of software with a great team behind it.

Interoffice communication has improved and can be seen by the whole team. It allows for us to not miss anything. The whole team having access to everything all in one place just makes life easier.
