What do you like best about Loman?

Honestly I tried a bunch of these before landing on Loman. Did trials with Slang and Maple, looked at a couple others too, and they all either sounded like a robot or kept dropping orders on us. Loman's the only one that actually got the ordering right and didn't make my regulars hang up confused. It picks up every call now, gets the modifiers right, and I stopped losing takeout orders. I honestly like it best because it's the most accurate, and sounds the most like a human. It's worth the price. The staff hours we got back alone paid for it. What do you dislike about Loman?

They are slightly more expensive than the other providers but thats for good reason, it;s because they are better than them. I know. I tried the other ones. Of course I wish it was cheaper, but it works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Loman solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its completely changed how Zapparellis works and we're no longer missing calls which means we're making about 20k more per month on phone orders. We used tohave 3 girls at the front answering phones every night and 4 or 5 on friday and saturday. And even with that, wed stilll put 23% of the calls on hold. This can answer as many as you want at once and take them all, it never puts a customer on hold, and you can train to learn and respond to anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
