The thoroughness is valuable. Product terms, repayment behavior, charges, servicing rules, and other dependencies can be considered together. This makes it easier to understand the consequences of a change before it reaches customers or operations. Despite that depth, the experience remains approachable. A first-time user can initially find the number of configuration decisions dense, particularly for a sophisticated product such as Loan Against Property and Home Loan/Mortgage. More guided templates and side-by-side comparisons between product versions would make the early experience even better. However, the density reflects the actual number of decisions involved in launching a lending product.
