For a project or case that is just re-assigned due to staff changes or just for a new case that we are referred, it is so nice to get a quick and accurate summary of where the case is at and the pertinent information. Especially when searching for a particular piece of information, like an offer, on an old case that maybe doesn't have as detailed notes. Finding that one document and having a link to the source to be able to verify is crucial because i know where it is coming from instead of just blindly pulling something out of the air.
I have yet to fully experiment with drafting, but i look forward to the drafting ability of LOIS getting more and more robust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I sometimes have issues with LOIS and analyzing the doucments i have uploaded. It seems to struggle a little and requires multiple prompts to understand what i want when i want it to look at a document. It has improved from where it started, but this is an area I hope to see continued improvement.
Repeat use and training will cause it to excel in these areas. One area thoughtt that would be incredibly helpful is if the note brought along the source links with it. So anyone else viewing the note from LOIS could see the sources of its output. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
