Clean interface, visually pleasing, with plenty of powerful built-in features. The cost is competitive, and the layout feels logical and intuitive. I especially enjoy how painless it is to add a new device; once my profile is set up, it works flawlessly. Some pages tend to be unresponsive in the cloud version when drilling down and entering information like user profiles for example. The UI seems to be unresponsive but it seems to just be delayed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
