I love Lockii's design and think the support is amazing. The automations have been a game-changer for my business. I went from getting 30 phone calls a week down to about 2, and I've been able to add 2 new locations to my business. The checkout and booking experience is so simple for customers. The system that allows customers to take pictures and fill out quizzes at pickup and return is amazing. It automatically verifies customer drivers licenses and insurance information, which means I no longer have to do anything for most of my bookings. Plus, our conversion rate has increased almost 60% from our old platform. The onboarding team was super lovely, and it only took about 45 minutes to set up Lockii.
