What do you like best about Locatrix?

I like its flexibility and ease of use. I can walk around with a laptop, visually identify the equipment, and add it to a floor plan at the same time. Because it’s cloud-based, it’s easy to access even when I’m working from home. I also appreciate being able to make changes and have an updated diagram printed and ready for installation within minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Locatrix?

So far, I haven’t run into any issues that their online support library or support staff couldn’t resolve, or at least point me in the right direction on how to use the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Locatrix solving and how is that benefiting you?

It enables us to access our diagram files easily and update them whenever needed. It is also saving us money because we no longer have to engage a contractor, wait for them to visit the site, mark up the information, leave to produce the final product, and then return to carry out the installation.
