I use LocalZen to manage pictures of our stores, working hours, and other information. It's user-friendly and has a better user interface than Google Firma. I find the customer service very nice and helpful. Uploading pictures and managing working hours is quite straightforward, and the initial setup was quick and easy. Sometimes the system doesn't work, and I have to contact support directly. It underperforms during the mass import of data. I think they could improve by having an option to quickly connect with support, and error banners should be visible for more than three seconds so I can take a screenshot.
