I really appreciate Localith for two main reasons. First, the AI Reply Agent is a game-changer. It drafts review responses that actually sound like the business, which I can just approve instead of starting from scratch each time. This helps me handle my clients' Google business profiles with ease. Second, the bulk publishing and editing feature is fantastic. It lets me post updates and make profile changes across several profiles in one go, saving me from the tedious task of logging into separate accounts for each client. Localith also supports bulk uploading and scheduling posts ahead using CSV files, which is something I couldn't do with Localo. Additionally, the setup process was straightforward and quick, with their team helping every step of the way. I find the AI credit system takes some getting used to. I notice credits go faster than I expect once the reply agent is doing real work and when I want to check rank updates more often than once a month for each of my profiles. The interface also has rough edges. Some sections require more clicks than they should, and it takes a while to learn where things are. It's not as polished as the bigger legacy platforms.
