What do you like best about LoanPro?

I value the partnership approach LoanPro brings to the relationship. There is meaningful access across levels of the organization, along with clear visibility into the company’s vision and strategic direction. I also appreciate the industry events they host, which bring together partners from different segments of lending to exchange perspectives and best practices. What do you dislike about LoanPro?

At times, we have experienced a need for more consistent focus during certain phases of implementation. Additionally, some account management transitions created temporary disruptions in continuity. While the majority of our implementation progressed smoothly, certain unique product configuration requests required multiple iterations, which contributed to timeline extensions. What problems is LoanPro solving and how is that benefiting you?

LoanPro provides a centralized platform of records across our various loan portfolios, including embedded lending, direct, and serviced by other programs. This consolidation strengthens operational control, reporting, and scalability. Its open architecture and extensive datasets support integration with our broader technology ecosystem, enabling us to grow strategically while maintaining flexibility and managing fixed and variable expenses as we scale.
