What do you like best about LMArena?

For our projects, when we’re trying to procure the work and want to use AI to generate materials—like training content or presentation material—but don’t want to invest in an AI model yet, and also don’t want to rely on any single AI model because of data security concerns, The Arena is our answer. Since it’s an AI benchmark platform, no single model ends up with all of our data, which helps ensure AI companies can’t use our data for their training. On top of that, we get two output options to choose from as well, so in that sense it’s a real goldmine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LMArena?

While using this platform to get material, if we really like the result from one model, there’s no way to know which model generated that content. That makes it hard to go and purchase the model that best suits our purpose. So that’s one downside—the “blind” part of this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LMArena solving and how is that benefiting you?

If we have a use case for AI, the sheer number of AI models on the market can make it very confusing to decide which ones to consider as candidates. The leaderboard on this Arena platform provides rankings for AI models, which helps narrow things down. From there, we can try the free or trial versions of the top models, and then choose the one that best suits our purpose and pay for that model.
