What do you like best about Llama?

What I appreciate most is how balanced and reliable it is for professional use. We use Llama 3 70B mainly through our internal workspace accounts to create marketing content, assist in drafting client proposals, and summarize documentation for our telecare services. It’s very fast, understands context extremely well, and helps us keep communication consistent with our company’s tone and values. What do you dislike about Llama?

Sometimes it can produce text that sounds a bit too generic or cautious, especially when we need a more persuasive marketing tone. We also noticed that fine-tuning or adjusting prompts takes a bit of trial and error before getting exactly the result we want. Other than that, the model is very stable and performs well. What problems is Llama solving and how is that benefiting you?

we use it to automate a lot of manual work from writing follow-up messages to potential customers to preparing internal documentation and product explanations for our telecare platform. It helps us respond faster to client requests and maintain professional-quality content across multiple languages.
