What do you like best about LiveShareIt?

What I value most is how simple it is to share a single room link and keep everything in one place. Being able to handle calls, screen sharing, notes, and files together makes it much easier to walk customers through an issue without constantly switching between different tools. What do you dislike about LiveShareIt?

It would be nice if onboarding a team were easier. Also, the limits on AI usage on the free plan could be a bit more generous. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LiveShareIt solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use it to provide remote support for customers. The calls and screen sharing make it easier for me to understand what they’re dealing with and guide them step by step toward a solution. Shared notes and file sharing also keep all the relevant information together in a single room, so I’m not constantly switching between different tools.
