For me, it works really well as a quick reference guide when I’m scoping roles or when I just need a bit of extra guidance on compensation. It’s super easy to navigate, the results come through within a minute, and it’s straightforward to dig deeper if I need to during conversations with managers. It’s also fast enough to keep things moving without having to trawl through endless benchmarking data across multiple sites online. I find that if there isn't enough data, or if one of our roles isn't quite matching up to the market roles, using the in-built AI to review our position description, or pinpoint the closest match, has helped to make sure there aren't any details I'm missing or overlooking and ensuring I'm on the right track.
It’s saved me LOTS of time during our annual comp reviews, and it’s incredibly easy to use. I also really like knowing the data I’m looking at is current and that it reflects other companies in our industry, of our size, and in our location. That helps us stay competitive as an employer while still looking after our people, both current and future.
It’s connected directly to our HRIS, so it can pull only the data it needs. That’s been a huge help and a real time-saver, because I don’t need to copy anything from one system to the next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I can think of, and this may be more of a user error, is that it can carry over employees who have since left our company, so when we're mapping out employees to roles, there's a bit of filtering through to be done. Super minor, and again, this is HIGHLY likely a user error or something I haven't actually explored properly to find the resolution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
