What do you dislike about Little Hotelier?

I can't create rules for new reservations. Also, the new upgrade makes it too easy to accidentally move a reservation to the wrong date if one isn't paying attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This system is very customizable but that also makes it easy for errors to be made by operators. Review and oversight are important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Little Hotelier solving and how is that benefiting you?

Little Hotelier makes it easy to see if room rates are correct on reservations. Also, I can view the placement of reservations and move them between rooms very simply. Pretty much any changes you need to make or reports you may need are very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
