There are multiple qualities that make Litmos stand out from their competitors. The first is the content library. This economical solution is an instant resource for employees. They can use the tool to develop their skills and feel supported by our organization on Day 1 of release. The ease of implemenation allowed us to go live to 1500+ users in a few short weeks, rather than months of back and forth with the provider. The built in content author tool is a value add, as we can make a variety of training content without having to purchase/integrate more software. This in conjuntion with the Litmos content library allows for a robust experience for all users. Finally, our employees are from a variety of backgrounds, but the consistent feedback that we hear is how easy the platform is to navigate. For our people on the road, the app is the go to solution. For others, the desktop experience is ideal. No matter how they consume the training content, the platform provides an ideal training experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Litmos? The purchased content library can be overwhelming for some people and it is not easy to drive users to one course over another. We have over 140 locations across the United States, causing delays in communication and incongruity in the training delivery. Litmos allows us to deliver consistent, timely training. Virtual learning has not replaced on the job training, but now our employees have the same high-quality training experience, regardless of their location.
