Creating a CAT module is easy and intuitive. So is the process of creating a course and a learning path, along with the options under the setting tab. 'Boost' is another very useful feature. The layout of people, teams and features under account settings is a nice design. Overall, the interface is simple and clean, user-friendly, and mobile-compatible. The reporting tab is not as intuitive and requires a lot of configuration to deliver reports. Tracking specific custom fields and analyzing learner data is a lot more work than it should be. I have also run into occasional issues with the search functionality on the people tab, and when using the reporting engine.
