I like how Litify was built specifically for law firms but still remains customizable to fit my needs. The team at Litify is excellent to work with, always innovating new and improved features and products. I would like to have a little more visibility and flexibility with managed components. Sometimes I need to see how they are working so I can navigate around how they work, but I have no ability to see that. Additionally, managed packages add fields to records that I do not need, and I cannot delete them, causing me to hit usage thresholds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
