It was took to use to help gauge what your customers truly thought and felt about the service they received with out having to speak to anyone

Nothing, we have never had issues with the product and always felt it give the right solution to us

Getting in front of an issue with a customer before it became a bigger issue

I am pertime fitness coach I use listen360 to collect all my students & customers feedback. In listen360 I am able to analysis my customer & students feedback through listen360.
Keys points why I like listen360
1. Easy to analyse reviews.
2. Easy to make a quick survey.

**What do you dislike about Listen360?**

Onething which I dont like in listen360 that the outdated user interface, this is very old and that's why as a User experience I am not satisfied with this. This is the things which I dont like,

It solve many type of various problem and it helps me a lot in these problems,

1.  Listen360 helps me in my businesses to gather feedback from customers through surveys, emails, and other channels. This feedback helps me to identify areas where my business can improve, such as customer service, or pricing.
2. Listen360 provides businesses with data and insights which I use to make decisions about my services. For example, a business might use Listen360 to find out what features customers like the most.
3. And lastly I would like to say that is with the help of Listen360 my engagement with customer got improved so much and I got lots of new customers as well.

Ease of use, onboarding is cumbersome and could be improved. Lack of customer support.

Service is valuable,  it gives us chance to win with our team . We have been able to show our members that we take their feedback seriously.

Nothing specific as the survey for our employees and to get a nps regarding the work ex

**What do you like best about Listen360?**

Listen360 was helpful in the fact that it would send us emails about member experiences and have them rank us. It also had members write comments so we knew what we were doing well and what we needed to improve.

**What do you dislike about Listen360?**

Listen360 didn't allow me to do anything else with it, that I was aware of anyway besides the sending of emails to members about their experience every so often. The new program we have now to replace Listen360 is WAY more beneficial with more options and ways to grow our business and get the word out.

**What problems is Listen360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are no longer using it, but when I was using it the surveys provided to members were helpful and we could post them online so other people could see experiences from real people who have tried/are trying our gym.

**What do you like best about Listen360?**

The visibility it gives consumers who view our website looking for additional information, most importantly they can see the reviews we get from prior customers and what those customers think/feel about our business after we have served them.

**What do you dislike about Listen360?**

Nothing comes to mind. Nothing is missing from this product, in my opinion. Everything works properly. I cannot think of anything to make it better. I cant think of any improvements at this time.

**What problems is Listen360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps consumers feel confident they are making the right choice. I feel our company benefits with productivity and financially from this service and that it has increased our business performance.

**What do you like best about Listen360?**

Emails are sent directly to our employees and clients.  We get notified quickly and can respond accordingly, allowing us to do better Quality care and become the Employer of choice.

**What do you dislike about Listen360?**

There isn't anything I dislike about this service at this time. If I had to pick something, it would be a better understanding of when the surveys go out

**What problems is Listen360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can reach out if we get a negative review and act accordingly. It is very beneficial because we can supply additional training for our employees if necessary. Sometimes when you talk to a client, they don't disclose any issues. On the other hand, they tend to answer surveys more honestly.

If the customers leave feedback, it's useful otherwise not sure why the customers gave the rating

It's very premature software.... they do not even check if the client/customer submitted the survey
