I do commercial and residential transaction coordination. It easily pulls important information about all of the contracts. Residential and commercial are vastly different and work well for both of them without having to create a complete task list like most TC programs. It integrates with my gmail, although more needs to happen on this, my HTML signature doesn't look correct when sending. Pricing is great and is per transaction; if you're having a slow month, you're not paying $100s of dollars for it. Onboarding is so simple. I would love to have an overview of transactions for the day. Currently you need to go into each transaction to figure out what you need to do for the day. It does send you an email, but I get 100's of emails a day. I would love to see a client portal where agent's or clients can go into see the next tasks or what is complete.
