This tool is useful if you are a student that lives off campus like I did in college and do not want to drive or walk to the library to study. You can just access the library from your smartphone at home to save a trip to the library. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One drawback I noticed is the lack of support and can only contact someone by email. I would say add a phone number and a customer self-service portal on the website for users to contact customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
