"Single Identity View with Powerful AI Governance and Automated Provisioning"

What do you like best about Linx Security?

We've been using Linx for several months and the experience has been great. We have weekly check-ins with our CSM and they proactively send KB articles and enablement documentation. Across our team, I'd say the biggest shift has been from reactive to proactive. We're no longer just cleaning up access after the fact. We're running structured user access reviews against auditor requirements and starting to use the AI to flag drift and potential identity risks. Our joiner process is well-established, and we're actively planning to move our offboarding workflows into Linx next. The fact that our GRC team is now running UAR campaigns for EY submissions directly inside the platform instead of from spreadsheets is a huge benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Linx Security?

Several of our connectors still run on CSV rather than API, and the data mapping discrepancies between what's in the CSV and what's actually in the source system cause problems for auditors. Linx is aware of this and is actively converting connectors to API, but it's the biggest day-to-day pain point for our compliance team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Linx Security solving and how is that benefiting you?

The single human identity view is the biggest win. Before Linx, if I wanted to see the full access picture for a user across Active Directory, Entra, Duo, AWS, and our HR system, I had to log into four or five different places and stitch it together manually. Now I can pull up one record, see what's active and what's deactivated across all integrated systems, and even get timestamps on last access.

Additionally, the AI-assisted governance capability is genuinely useful. For example, you can ask it to flag whether a user's admin privileges are an outlier compared to peers with the same role. The access profile and automated provisioning/deprovisioning logic is also a standout: we're designing workflows so that when an employee leaves, Linx handles the downstream deactivation across every connected application without anyone opening a ticket. The integration library is broad, and the team has built custom parsers quickly (we needed a flat-file ingestion via API for one of our core systems). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
