Open the software, connect an ID scanner and you're good to go! The program is very simple but has many great features. Asides from the main info you need such as name(first and last) you have a neat feature which is to send an email notification to whom ever the visitor is seeing. It all quick and seamless. I wish there was a mobile app version of passage point. At times in our building we need to close down our main freight and use a secondary one where we have no computers at, if there was a mobile version of it, it would give us the ability to sign in visitors instead of using old fashion pen and paper.
