What do you like best about Linnworks?

I really appreciate how Linnworks has been a significant step up in terms of ease of use and overall reliability, especially compared to our previous OMS system. The API is extremely comprehensive and well-architected, which allows us to connect Linnworks directly into our AI infrastructure for the orchestration and automation of tasks and reporting. I also like that the Linnworks API exposes every function available within the UI, enabling automation of any task and centralizing data reporting. Additionally, the setup was very easy because the system is pretty intuitive, and we got excellent support from our Linnworks account manager, Euan, and his team during the switch, which went better than expected given the complexity of the operational migration. What do you dislike about Linnworks?

The out of the box Linnworks UI can be limiting at times, but between the API/MCP integration and the ability to customize the UI using Chrome extensions we can bypass any limitations of the native UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Linnworks enhances performance and reliability for warehouse and stock management. Its comprehensive API integrates with our AI setup for task automation and reporting.
