What do you like best about LinkSquares?

I like how LinkSquares tracks the changes/activity for documents, I like the customer support, and I like the connection to DocuSign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkSquares?

I wish the notification settings had more customization options, I wish there was an easier way to have tables or excel work with LinkSquares, and I wish the AI functionality was more accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?

LinkSquares solves the problem of not being able to keep track of the status and location of documents. If a document was intially drafted using Finalize in LinkSquares, it is usually easy to locate all of the versions of the drafts or signed agreements. There is less worry about trying to track down someone to find if they have a version of a document in their email or on their drive. It's also easier to collaborate with multiple users and make sure key players are approving documents. LinkSquares helps eliminate some of the research of trying to find out when a deadline is approaching, and it makes it easier to stay organized. It also helps with the critical need to allow non-lawyers have access preset language with options that are based on answers they select. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
