## LinkedIn Recruiter Reviews
  ### 1. Accurate Sourcing and Genuine Profiles with LinkedIn Recruiter

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sachin D. | Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

I really appreciate LinkedIn Recruiter for its accuracy and genuine candidate sourcing. The platform's accurate sourcing filters, such as job title, skill set, location, zip code, industry, and even specific client names, help me connect with authentic candidates. I love that LinkedIn Recruiter ensures candidates are genuine, unlike other job portals where candidates can create multiple profiles. Additionally, it is very easy to use, and with only a one-hour training session, anyone who has used job portals can get the hang of it. I give it a 10 out of 10 and consider it the best portal for recruitment.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

I think LinkedIn Recruiter could be improved by adding a sourcing filter for visa status, like other job portals have. This feature would be very helpful for me and other recruiters.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkedIn Recruiter provides genuine candidate profiles and accurate sourcing filters, like job titles, skills, and location, making it easier to connect with real candidates.

  ### 2. Advanced Search and InMail Make LinkedIn Recruiter a Sourcing Powerhouse

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anjaly T. | Market Research Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

What I like best about LinkedIn Recruiter is its advanced search and filtering capabilities, which make it easier to identify relevant candidates based on skills, experience, location, industry, and other criteria. The platform provides access to a large talent pool and helps streamline sourcing through saved searches, project organization, and candidate tracking. Features like InMail and talent recommendations also improve outreach and make the recruitment process more efficient.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

One challenge with LinkedIn Recruiter is that search results can sometimes include false positives where profiles match filters but are not fully relevant to the role. It can also be difficult to identify how active or engaged some candidates are, which may affect outreach efficiency. More accurate activity indicators and improved matching logic would make sourcing even more effective.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing candidates and identifying relevant talent required more manual searching across multiple platforms. Now, we can use advanced filters to find candidates by skills, location, experience, and industry in one place. This has improved sourcing efficiency, reduced search time, and helped identify potential candidates faster for hiring needs.

  ### 3. Streamlined Hiring with Powerful Search Filters

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Avinash S. | Business Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

What I like most about LinkedIn Recruiter is how easy it makes it to find the right people for a role. The search filters let me narrow down candidates by skills, experience, and location, which saves a lot of time. I also like that I can message candidates directly and keep everything organized in one place, so the hiring process feels simpler, more streamlined, and faster overall.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

membership is little bit expensive nothing else

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkedIn Recruiter helps solve the problem of finding the right candidates quickly. Rather than spending hours digging through resumes, I can identify people who match the skills and experience I’m looking for. It also makes it straightforward to reach out to candidates and keep track of ongoing conversations in one place. Overall, it saves time, speeds up the hiring process, and helps me connect with talented professionals who may not be actively searching for a new job.

  ### 4. The Ultimate AI-Driven Powerhouse for Precision Talent Sourcing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aditi P. | HR Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

LinkedIn Recruiter excels by combining an intuitive UI/UX with powerful AI intelligence that surfaces "open to work" talent before they even apply. Its seamless ATS integrations and high-speed performance ensure a rapid ROI by reducing time-to-hire through targeted InMail reaching. While the pricing is premium, the robust onboarding support helps teams quickly master advanced filters to secure top-tier passive candidates.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

LinkedIn Recruiter’s premium pricing can feel steep, especially when ROI is hindered by limited InMail credits and occasional UI clutter. While the AI intelligence is powerful, it sometimes yields redundant results, and the platform's performance can lag when managing large talent pools.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkedIn Recruiter solves the "fragmented talent" problem by consolidating over a billion professional profiles into a single AI-powered sourcing hub, eliminating the need for manual Boolean strings. It benefits you by using predictive insights to identify "hidden gem" candidates who are likely to switch roles, which reduces time-to-hire by up to 40%. In 2026, its new Hiring Assistant automates repetitive outreach and scheduling, allowing you to focus entirely on high-value human engagement and strategic culture-fit assessments.

  ### 5. Easy-to-Use Platform That Boosts Employer Branding and Talent Visibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rosario T. | People Team Lead, Investment Banking, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

It it a very well known platform that allows us to increase employer branding and attract more talent. We can post several Job Slots for visibility.
It is pretty ease to use, and I've integrated it with several other ATS and platforms. I have never had any technical issue, so it performs pretty and I haven't had the chance to use their support and onboarding team.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

I think that it's price is a bit high, specially for small remote companies like us that need to gain visibility solely via Linkedin and when It's so expensive we can't have enough budget for other initiatives. I think the AI features it offers are pretty cool but not as developed as other platforms.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralizing my job postings and increasing our employer branding

  ### 6. Efficient Candidate Sourcing, Needs Improved Engagement Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mayank J. | Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Staffing and Recruiting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

I use LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing candidates in the US Staffing industry, and it really helps me in finding right fit candidates. I love how it reduces my time to hire and the advanced filters narrow down relevant profiles with precision. Features like location, job title, industrial domain, and experience levels are especially helpful. I also enjoy the InMail feature as it lets me connect with candidates I'm not directly connected to, providing faster and direct engagement. The initial setup is easy, which was a pleasant surprise.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

InMail is useful but many candidates, especially in demand ones are flooded with messages so generally the response rate is slow and even well targeted outreach is sometimes missed out. The initial setup is easy for LinkedIn Recruiter. Learning to use it is a bit tricky.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LinkedIn Recruiter to find the right candidates quickly with advanced filters, reducing my time to hire. Its filters help pinpoint relevant profiles, and InMail offers fast, direct engagement with candidates.

  ### 7. Unrivaled Candidate Access with Cutting-Edge Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nisha M. | Sr. Recruiter, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

I find LinkedIn Recruiter incredibly valuable for its large candidate pool, as almost everybody is on LinkedIn, which makes it unmatched in terms of reach across various verticals. I love the automated InMail follow-ups feature because it allows me to send messages to candidates according to my preferred schedule. Additionally, the AI for keywords and sourcing hacks is really useful, as it streamlines the candidate sourcing process. I haven't seen all these features combined in any other search portal. Setting up LinkedIn Recruiter was also super easy, literally done in seconds.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

Sometimes, it hangs but that's recently. The messaging section does not let you easily attach files. Also, the messaging window is a little small.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LinkedIn Recruiter for accessing the largest candidate pool across verticals, sending automated InMail follow-ups, and utilizing AI for keywords and sourcing, which I've not found combined in other tools.

  ### 8. My Go to For Sourcing Talent Globally and Across Various Roles

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liv N. | Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

I’ve been able to source talent globally for a wide range of roles, from Sales and Marketing to Finance. It’s the platform I rely on most day to day, and it consistently delivers the best results because it’s widely trusted around the world.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

I’d really like to see stronger suggestions for talent identification. Also, when it comes to location, could you add an option to focus on a broader region instead of requiring a specific city? For example, rather than selecting only Chicago, it would be helpful to choose the Midwest and then toggle states and/or cities on or off as needed.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When inbound talent isn’t quite what we’re looking for, LinkedIn has been instrumental in helping us find passive candidates for harder-to-fill roles.

  ### 9. Efficient Candidate Sourcing with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amarpreet S. | Team Lead (Recruitment), Staffing and Recruiting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

I use LinkedIn Recruiter for finding, connecting, and hiring candidates efficiently. I like its InMail feature and powerful search filters, which make sourcing candidates easy. The search filters cover criteria like current or past companies, years of experience, skills, location, education, and even allow for Boolean searches for niche roles. InMail is great for reaching candidates who are open to work via InMail and connect requests. The initial setup was easy and fast to learn, as most of it is handled through LinkedIn itself.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

Improvement in the area of InMail response rate can be inconsistent, limited contact information, search rate not always accurate. Limited automation for outreach and weak analytics and reporting depth.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LinkedIn Recruiter to find, connect, and hire candidates efficiently. It solves issues like difficulty finding the right candidate and low responses from passive candidates.

  ### 10. Irreplaceable Tool for Sourcing and Hiring

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tarun M. | Subject Matter Expert - Recruitment, Staffing and Recruiting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

I use LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing, hiring, outreaching, and networking. I find Inmails helpful for reaching out to members outside of my network. The 'open to work' visibility feature on LinkedIn Recruiter is also quite useful. I appreciate the Talent Insights, which provide good data insights and hiring trends in the market. I really like the Talent Pool feature, as well as the active talent pool, different search options, and AI integration, which streamline my recruiting process by allowing me to share a similar profile or job description and automatically create a search string. The sort function is great for filtering active candidates or those based on the last activity. The timeline that shows when someone opted to 'open to work' or their last active status is useful. The interface is particularly easy to use, making it accessible even for new users. I also like that LinkedIn Recruiter is currently irreplaceable for my team.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

I don't like the sort function because the latest or active candidates can't be filtered to the top. It would help to have search relevancy based on the last activity, like a timeline showing when 'open to work' was opted and when someone was last seen.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkedIn Recruiter helps me with outreach through Inmails, gives data insights with Talent Insight, and offers search options with AI integration. I can share profiles or job descriptions for direct candidate searches.
