**What do you like best about LinkedIn Learning?**

Having used LinkedIn Learning thoroughly throughout my time at work and university, I have found it incredibly helpful for developing upon professional skills, and expanding upon my LinkedIn profile certifications. Not only has LinkedIn Learning provided courses specific to my career path, but has also provided courses that focus upon personal growth and skills. The selection of courses on LinkedIn Learning is vast, and the content within the courses is very detailed and applicable to real life.

As an audio engineer, LinkedIn Learning has allowed me to take courses relating to audio specific skills, such as audio mixing and mastering, as well as music production. Meanwhile, I have also been able to develop upon personal skills through courses related to strategic thinking, soldering for electronics, and presenting elevator pitches. Discovering courses pertaining to my desired studies is easy, as there is a browsing tab, search bar, and suggestions via the user dashboard.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Learning?**

Throughout my time using LinkedIn Learning, I haven't experienced many problems at all. Although, I have encountered very few online courses that are slightly outdated in relation to the version of the application they are covering that is on-the-go today.

**What problems is LinkedIn Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkedIn Learning is providing me, and others, with a learning platform away from the place-of-work. LinkedIn Learning is a platform that I can use in my free time to expand upon my professional and personal skills. As an affordable means of online courses, LinkedIn has a course for most applications, whether that be business or personal growth related. LinkedIn Learning also provides certificates upon completion of a course, that can be added to your professional LinkedIn profile, such that employers can see skills that you have learnt in your own time.

The best thing is the the variety of options you have to choose from. Be it a finance subject or a valuation subject, you get to choose from a good number of courses by renounced authors or tutors.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Learning?**

Irrespective of having a multiple number of courses, I believe there's still a gap of filling the most work-driven topics, specific to the sector or the industry someone's looking for, say Real Estate Valuation or Real Estate Advisory.. alongside the number of courses as well.

**What problems is LinkedIn Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I would say LinkedIn learning is efficiently helping the learn on the job initiative and that's really benefiting to every employee that needs.

  ### 19. Perfect learning platform for dynamic professionals

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neeraj V. | Junior Software Developer - AI Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2023

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Learning?**

There's a great variety of topics to choose from, and they're conveniently grouped as Learning paths> courses > videos. This is great to just pick the area or content you want to focus on. The quality of the material is also very good, and can get as advanced as you'd expect

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Learning?**

There are times where the duration of the course is too short. They may satisfy your knowledge needs but small duration course certificates holds little value in seeking employment

**Reviewed by:** Ujwal K. | MSITM Student Ambassador , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2023

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Learning?**

It is easy to enroll into any course on the platform and most of the courses on the list are around 2 hrs long in duration. All the courses that I have enrolled were taught by experts where it's easy to follow through till the end. I was able to learn about blockchain and new network protocols in a week.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Learning?**

Most of the popular courses are before the covid era. Though they are really good, there have been many new advances in fields like AI & ML. Also, the advanced courses of many topics are really long which increases the chance of abandoning the course halfway.

**What problems is LinkedIn Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many eLearning platforms like Coursera and Udemy have really complicated enrollment process that makes it difficult to enroll to the course of your interest. LinkedIn Learning tackles the issue with a seamless experience from searching the course of your interest to enrolling into it and beginning the course.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Learning?**

Its standardized exam and quiz are just for users to test and they can just skip it that makes the credential earned are not relevant and its certificates are just for show but cannot be used to claim any exemption if we want to go for proper education system and the videos are mostly US based program and situation which cannot be practical in different countries.

It's a subscription-based learning program, and the best part about Linkedin Learning is that they promote education by offering free access to its content.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Learning?**

We cannot test the programs immediately because there is no built-in programming environment for programming classes. We must first install the IDE on our local PC before proceeding. As a result, companies may experiment with adding their coding environment for the students. It offers a one-month free subscription, after which we must pay; perhaps they should consider the cost of paying for the subscription to be minimal.

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Learning?**

Some platforms produce surprising search results. However, the LinkedIn learning search feature is exact and accurate. You may target specific courses by just stating your professional plan. This platform establishes basic guidelines for course developers to follow to include quizzes at the course's conclusion and provide certification as proof of completion. The exam at the conclusion is designed to assess our comprehension of the course participant. This object provides value to the course that was created.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Learning?**

I resent that some LinkedIn Learning courses require a Premium subscription to access, rendering them unavailable to those users who do not want to or cannot afford to pay additional costs. Learning videos on Linkedin need high-speed internet. It does not load in a standard network. This is because the video quality is much more excellent than usual.
