What I like most about it is that I can improve and evolve in the tools that my team of leaders has at work, such as ways of managing a group, focus techniques and so on. What I consider I like the least about the application is that there are some recommended techniques in the plan that are designed for large work groups, I would like to be able to personalize what I receive a little more, so that it is adopted to the reality of my leaders.
