It keeps track of all the communication we have with the lead. It keeps it all in one place. No more post its. The information we have to hand makes the lead feel remembered and special. What do you dislike about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM? I still find the business rule type applications very confusing. I also wish there was an introductory video we could show to our new leaders when they onboard, though we appreciate calling Selene or Mitch to book in training. However, we have had quite a few changes lately so didn't want to bother everyone so much! I do want to change to crm+ and Paula has showed me through but with the current staffing crisis i know my teams wouldn't cope at the moment with another change. Keeping tabs on leads and where they are at, self-scheduled tours have been good too, just having that database there has meant over the 8 years since we (and you!) started we have had families age out of care and then pop up with siblings or to play group as they have kept getting our info so we are front of mind.
