What do you like best about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?

I love that I can text and email my potential clients. It is very helpful to be able to see previous conversations as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?

I wouldn't say I dislike this feature, but I wish there was an option for me to be able to re-assign a family CARE follow-ups. Also to be able to move from registered to started for my temporary families so they don't get the care emails if it is only a day or two they are with us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LineLeader by ChildcareCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I like that I have the ability to use it as a reminder "calendar" for important things even after families are enrolled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
