What do you like best about Limy AI?

The people behind it. Eden, our CSM is responsive, knows our business, and helps us turn the data into real decisions. That support makes the product much more valuable.

The platform itself shows me how CloudZone appears when people ask LLMs about cloud partners and how we compare to competitors. The sources view is especially useful because it tells us where to focus our content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Limy AI?

Honestly, not much. AI search is still a new space, so it takes some time to learn how to read the data and turn it into a clear plan. The Limy team helps a lot with that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Limy AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

More of our buyers start their research with LLMs, and we had no real way to see whether CloudZone showed up in those answers. Limy closed that gap. We now know where we appear, how we compare to competitors, and which sources shape the answers. That helps us decide where to invest in content and track whether it’s working.
