What do you like best about LimeSurvey?

It is open source and can be self-hosted. In terms of functionality, it supports a wide range of question types and logic. Another important feature for our organization is that it supports Arabic and other languages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LimeSurvey?

The admin UI feels somewhat outdated and could be improved. The survey design and layout also need work, especially with more flexible theme options. Reporting and survey result display can be enhanced with modern styles and features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LimeSurvey solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our university runs a wide range of academic and administrative surveys. Our previous tools were somewhat limited in functionality, but switching to LimeSurvey has allowed us to build more advanced survey designs and tailor audience targeting to our needs with a high level of customization.
