What do you like best about Lime Talk?

I like software because it gives each client the opportunity to get in touch with my company's employees and receive a response in seconds. It allows me to answer from the computer or mobile phone. What do you dislike about Lime Talk?

What problems is Lime Talk solving and how is that benefiting you?

No download, no installation on the computer. The implementation has never been so easy, it makes it easier for me to answer visitors' questions not only through the web browser, but also through my cell phone, tablet or other mobile device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
