What do you like best about Limb AI Chatbot?

Limb AI has been a great addition to our WordPress site. The UI is clean and easy to use, setup was straightforward, and the chatbot performs reliably. It integrates well with our website and does a great job handling enquiries naturally and efficiently. Support has also been responsive and helpful whenever needed. What do you dislike about Limb AI Chatbot?

There’s very little to dislike overall. Some of the more advanced customisation features take a bit of time to learn initially, but once set up properly the platform works very well - support really went above and beyond to make sure my setup was perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
