Excellent customer support to help us get the best possible AI measurements, UI and UX are top notch, feature set is great, platform is simple to use with a great onboarding. Price very reasonable. Platform is snappy and feels modern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lima solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're getting insights into how our competitors are being mentioned by AI platforms such as ChatGPT. This in turn helps us figure out how we can improve our content strategy and partnerships, for example, our competitors may have a certain blog post mentioned frequently, so this gives us ideas for our own blog.
