What do you like best about Lightster?

It's literally useful! We're a tech incubator, and we offer Lightster to our companies for their market research, customer discovery and fine-tuning products. Our founders love and use Lightster frequently. It's super easy to work with; just create an account, create your ICP, and see the list of people available to talk to you about your product or business. No integrations are needed. What do you dislike about Lightster?

Nothing. If I have to say something, it would be that Lighster will benefit from more users on their platform to be able to serve all different types of products and ICPs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lightster solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to say get out of the building and talk to customers. With Lightster, you can talk to your potential customers without getting out of the building. The moment we wish to talk to a potential customer to hear their opinion about a matter, Lighster users are there to jump on a call and give you their honest (and sometimes brutal) feedback, something an entrepreneur needs the most.
