I really appreciate the customer support, how easy it is to use, and the overall quality of the product. Wish that Apple iOS would allow for the same features as MacBooks - The product is still very robust, but iOS doesn't allow for some of the fancier bells and whistles, like live web activity monitoring or keystroke identification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
