What do you like best about LightSource?

The team and I are really liking LightSource so far. Getting started is extremely easy, and the platform's intuitive design means we're not wasting time figuring things out. Its AI capabilities are seriously helpful, especially for our supplier management and contract work. Big shoutout to Sourav for the excellent support. We're on it regularly interacting with our suppliers. Having the cost and quoting information in a single location helps with rapid product launches and better visibility for our leadership group. What do you dislike about LightSource?

It's not flawless, but the few issues I've encountered are so minor compared to the time and hassle it saves. LightSource is pretty much a part of the team now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LightSource solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are centralizing information about our supply base in a single location that is accessible for all departments that need access to this information in order to complete their work.
