The AI chat is central to the interface and enables access to, and control over, all aspects of the marketing items: strategy, reports, campaigns, posts, blogs, and more.
As a non-marketing expert, I find it very practical to simply ask in natural language and let the AI chat handle and manage the work. It definitely helps me get up to speed quickly with the tool and its capabilities, without spending hours on tutorials or videos.
In terms of performance, it can quickly and efficiently build large chunks of marketing material, including text, promotions, and images, from very little information (mainly a website and a couple of Q&As). It’s much faster than doing it manually. The strategy part and the reports are also very smart and well focused.
It works well with the Linkedin connector (I haven’t tried the others).
Free tokens (at start and daily) helps starting and building at first to get a clear and global view of the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It’s very fast to build an initial batch of reports, marketing campaigns, post placeholders, and similar content. That said, I sometimes feel the need to step back and have a bit more control over its findings and proposals. This is definitely possible by browsing the UI and asking the AI chat, but I’d still like that control to feel more direct.
I also miss the option to generate videos, which would be very useful in some cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
