Lightcast has grown impressively year-over-year in my opinion. Their content continues to grow in volume & in its relevancy/timeliness. Their Knowledge Base is the most thorough and easy to comprehend resource of any database I've used - it clearly defines their methodology, terminology, etc. for each bit of data they report. Additionally, their customer support has always had quick response times and is incredibly knowledgeable whenever I've had questions about content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lightcast relies heavily on BLS data for its wage curves & talent supply by compensation reports which can drastically skew the reports towards outdated data. Their advertised wage reports are immensely helpful for current competitive wages, but I wish the advertised wages were (more heavily) factored into their regular wage reports.
