What do you like best about Lightcast?

The data within Lightcast has been instrumental in our success. It has allowed us to bring more value added services to our clients. The information contained within the platform has given our business development team far more confidence with solving customer problems. The product has also allowed us to make informed decisions when entering new markets and has prevented us from making mistakes on items we may have speculated on in the past. The system is very straightforward and easy to use. The support from the Lightcast team still continues to impress me. They are with you in lockstep and always available to my team to answer questions. They have taken time to help our team frame the information correctly when in the field and consulting with clients. For anyone that is looking at leveraging "Big Data" this is the ONLY product I would recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lightcast?

What problems is Lightcast solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lightcast has given us the ability to educate our clients and increase margins in a time where pricing pressures are at an all-time high. It has also allowed us to have more confidence in our very aggressive organic growth strategy. It is my opinion that our recent appearance on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in America would not have been possible without Lightcast.
