What do you like best about Liferay Digital Experience Platform?

The constant innovations of the platform features. Really excited about the AI Hub as well as the SEO & AIO studio that will make creating new components and fixing site health issues much easier and without needing to raise it with our developers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Liferay Digital Experience Platform?

Currently we are quite dependent on our partner to incorporate these new features into our configuration which has led us missing out on them for a while. Although that is not Liferays fault, it would be good for partners to have configurational regulations or standards that won’t deviate too much from the practices that Liferay upholds. What problems is Liferay Digital Experience Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Although we are not quite there yet, what we are aiming for specially after upgrading to the 2026 version, is to have all our website needs met within one platform. A hub where you can analyse performance, fix technical issues, create content and redefine audiences and journeys will make our company’s position be higher against competitors.
