I like that it is very user friendly. I have used this product for about 10 years. I love how easy it is for my clients to access the applications and sign the documents in a timely manner. I cannot say there is anything I dislike, but having to sign on every few moments when not using the platform can be annoying. I dislike that the cases are deleted after a certain time also. I would like them to stay on the site for a longer period of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
