I appreciated the definition of the rules that I previously used in Spamassassin, they are extremely clear and easy to explain to customers. Installation and configuration are completed in just a few minutes. The helpdesk service is extremely fast and efficient. Integration with Office365 is really easy, you can test it before going online. Bayesian engine reduce false positive in a significant way. The product is continuously improving. **What do you dislike about Libraesva Email Security?** I don't encounter any problems. Once you learn the interface, the operations are easy to perform. And in any case, the support (in my language!) is always quick and helpful. **What problems is Libraesva Email Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reduction of unwanted emails (about 95%) and continuously improving increased security thanks to antivirus and blocking of malicious attachments. The problem with fake devices is extremely rare and is possibly caused by external links that temporarily end up on global blocklists. ### 2. I appreciate the detailed analysis of each received email and the threat detection rate that reaches 98/99%, which makes it superior to other solutions I have tried. It is important not to have complicated solutions, and with Libraesva I can quickly check quarantined emails with clear details. Additionally, extra settings like link control and attachment exclusion are very useful. Another very useful aspect is the quarantine management. The interface allows you to quickly check blocked emails and release only those that are truly necessary. This process has become much faster compared to other systems I have used in the past, saving me time every day. From a workflow perspective, the ability to configure custom rules has improved the organization of corporate mail. For example, I have set specific filters for certain senders and domains, reducing the risk of phishing and improving overall security. An unexpected benefit has been the ease of monitoring: thanks to integrated reports and statistics, it is possible to have a clear view of email traffic and blocked threats, which also helps in making more informed IT security decisions. **What do you dislike about Libraesva Email Security?** nothing to report. Clean interface and simple configuration for standard solutions **What problems is Libraesva Email Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the introduction of the solution, we have moved from reactive management to a much more proactive protection. Features like QuickSand and URLSand have significantly improved our ability to detect advanced threats. In particular, QuickSand analyzes suspicious attachments in an isolated environment (sandbox), allowing us to identify malicious behaviors before the files reach users. This has drastically reduced the risk associated with infected attachments. Similarly, URLSand checks the links present in emails, analyzing them in real-time to block any dangerous or phishing sites. This has been particularly useful in preventing attacks based on malicious links, which were more difficult to intercept in the past. Another highly valuable feature is the disarming of malicious attachments (Content Disarm & Reconstruction): files are "cleaned" by removing any dangerous components, while keeping the content usable. This allows us to deliver safe documents to users without completely blocking them, improving productivity. Thanks to these technologies, we have significantly reduced the number of security incidents and the time spent managing threats.
